Note: We're constantly expanding our delivery network. If your area is not listed, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery Schedule

Same Day Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 PM

Delivery: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Next Day Delivery

Orders placed after 2:00 PM

Delivery: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Scheduled Delivery

Choose your preferred time slot

Available slots: 10 AM-12 PM, 2 PM-4 PM, 6 PM-8 PM

Note: Delivery charges are based on the delivery location and calculated during order placement. The exact charges will be displayed at checkout based on your specific delivery address.

Delivery Instructions

For Pet Parents
  • Ensure someone is available to receive the order
  • Provide clear delivery instructions if needed
  • Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates
  • Store meals in refrigerator immediately upon receipt
For Our Delivery Team
  • We'll call you 15 minutes before delivery
  • Contact you if there are any delivery issues
  • Provide delivery confirmation with photo
  • Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive items

Special Circumstances

Weather Conditions

In case of extreme weather conditions, we may delay delivery for safety reasons. We'll notify you immediately and reschedule at your convenience.

Holidays & Festivals

Delivery schedules may vary during holidays. Check our holiday schedule or contact us for specific dates.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If we're unable to deliver, we'll attempt delivery twice more. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to our kitchen.
