Order Cancellation

Before Preparation (Within 30 minutes of order)

Full refund will be processed within 24-48 hours to your original payment method.

100% Refund
During Preparation (30 minutes - 1 hour after order)

Partial refund of 70% will be processed. 30% covers preparation costs.

70% Refund
After Dispatch (1+ hours after order)

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Pet doesn't like the taste (unless it's a quality issue)
  • Order placed more than 24 hours ago
  • Food consumed or partially consumed
  • Custom orders or special dietary requirements
